Exchange,\\nreturn and warranty policy

   Exchange\\nand return policy 

* We thank you for choosing Arceo\\nWheels, to purchase your favorite products, which we choose with great care and\\nensure that they are of high quality and conform to Saudi standard\\nspecifications.

* We inform you that we import the\\nWheels from the main company from Türkiye, and we are given a guarantee on all\\nproducts.

 When there is a manufacturing\\ndefect in the Wheels, the company is contacted after sending a video explaining\\nthe problem and after examining it, and accordingly, the company decides to\\nsend completely new rims.

*And when your opinion changes regarding the\\nrims you purchased, that"s okay. We will do our best to make the exchange or\\nreturn process as simple and

smooth as possible. This is done through the following\\nprocedures

 Exchange or return within 7 days\\nfrom the date of purchase or receipt.

 This policy applies to the rims\\nbeing in their sealed packaging and in the same original condition when\\npurchased.

 Rims that have been opened and\\nhave a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same rims provided that\\nthe customer delivers them to us.

 Shipping fees and electronic\\npayment fees are deducted from the value of the invoice when requesting return, and the applicant bears the cost of shipping back and forth when\\nrequesting a replacement.

 In the event of an exchange or\\nreturn, when the shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will examine the rims,\\nensure that they comply withthe conditions, and take the appropriate procedure\\naccording to the result of the examination.

 If the return is approved, the amount will be transferred\\nwithin 3-10 working days from the date of approval of the request. For\\npurchases made by credit cards, the amount will be refunded through the\\ncustomer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days, and the customermust\\nfollow the payment procedures through the bank branch he deals with

Exceptions not covered by the\\nreturn and exchange policy:

 The\\nrims that were installed on the tires and that were used.

 Rims\\nif they were scratched by the customer or poorly maintained.
